These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ren app. By creating an account or using Ren, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Ren is an AI-powered personal fitness coaching app that provides workout plans, meal plans, food tracking, and conversational coaching. Ren is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. See Section 8 (Health Disclaimer) below.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Ren. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@renapp.io if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Ren offers a free tier with core workout logging, progress tracking, and weekly AI workout plan generation. Ren Premium unlocks unlimited access to the AI coach chat, food photo scanning, and AI meal plan generation and regeneration, for a recurring subscription fee.
Ren Premium is currently priced at £7.99 per month. Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the app prior to purchase.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the subscription price.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
All subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone or iPad Settings, under [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" option in your Apple ID purchase history.
